Terms of service

By commissioning me, you indicate that you have read my terms of service and agree to these conditions:

will draw

  • anthro/furries

  • human or humanoid

  • fan art or fan characters, self insert, etc.

  • mild gore (blood, superficial wounds)

  • suggestive/intimate

will not draw

  • heavy gore

  • nsfw/fetish content

  • NFTs

  • complex mech/machinery

  • general bigoted criteria

  • or anything I don't like

I reserve the right to update my terms of service at my own discretion, turn down or cancel a commission, charge additional fees for character complexity or specificity of request, include commissioned pieces in my portfolio, and post commissioned pieces to social media galleries.

The use of my art for the purposes of NFT/crypto art or AI training models is strictly prohibited.

Characters & References

A clear visual reference is required for illustration. Reference sheets are easily decipherable. (This does not apply to custom designs, though references of species, colors, or clothing, are appreciated!)

Major design changes to a character are not accepted past the revision stage. After this stage, small changes that do not require an excessive redraw are allowed, though may be subject to additional charges depending on complexity.

Complicated designs are subject to a +15% upcharge of the base commission price

Payment & Process

To order a commission, fill out the above order form when commissions are open. You can find my commission status on the order page or through updates on instagram or toyhouse. When your commission is accepted, I will contact you on your preferred platform, and send an invoice via Paypal, Venmo, or Cashapp

Payment plans are accepted for larger projects, and can be decided between the client and myself. Be aware that a down payment equal to half is required up-front.

Once full payment is received, I will begin work on your commission! You will recieve a WIP and get one round of revisions. Further revisions after this stage will cost extra. Upon completion of your piece, you will receive full-res files of your commission.

Turnaround time ranges from 2 weeks to a month!

Clients will be notified of further delays in turnaround time.

Commission Usage

Editing, cropping, or otherwise removing my signature is strictly prohibited.Tracing, editing, redistributing, or claiming credit for my artwork in any way is strictly prohibited.

Commissions may only be used by the client/receiving party for personal use. This includes reposting on social media or personal art galleries with credit in the form of username mention, tag, or link. Credit must always remain visible.

If you wish to use my art for commercial purposes, such as merchandise, logos, streaming banners/emotes, etc. contact me and we can discuss purchasing the rights and artist royalties.

Nobody, not even clients, have the right to mint or sell my artwork as Non-Fungible Tokens or for use of training AI art models. Please respect this!

Character Design usage

The commissioning and purchase of a custom design includes the personal and commercial rights to the character.

Design credit must remain visible and accessible.

You may only resell a purchased design for the original price if no additional art is included.
You may trade or gift any of my designs at your own discretion.

Fees & Upcharges

Upcharges of +15% the commission's price is applicable if:

  • Character's design is exceedingly complicated

  • The commission is requested to be completed within a prompt deadline

  • The commissioned piece is requested to be excluded from the artist's social media, portfolio, or other art galleries

  • More than one major revision is requested (such as complete re-sketches)

  • Changes are requested after the revision stage, requiring altered lineart or rendering

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is requested at anytime in the commission process, a fee will be deducted depending on the stage of work your piece was at.

  • If your commission was not started, you will receive a full refund

  • If your commission was in the sketching stage, you will receive a 75% refund

  • If your commission was in the lineart stage, you will receive a 25% refund

  • If your commission was in the coloring / rendering stage, you will receive a 10% refund

Regardless of the status of your commission, by requesting cancellation and refund, you forfeit the rights to the commissioned piece and will not receive unwatermarked, full-resolution files.

Works-in-progress are watermarked to prevent unauthorized use of commissioned works.

Violators of the above terms will receive a warning; subsequent violations may result in blacklisting from future business.
